Vampirism – the term evokes memories of horror flicks and fantastical stories.

But does vampirism exist in the midst of our modern society? „Yes, absolutely“,

says Elisabeth Brenner, „but real vampirism is completely different from what we

see in the movies“. The vampiristic music project „Vampyros Lesbos“ consists of

Elisabeth Brenner and Ostara M., two confident women who present their disturbing

songs at a high vocal level to sinister, but captivating electronic sounds. There

are similarities to bands such as „Siouxsie and the banshees“ or „Grausame Töchter“, except that everything here is absolutely electronic.
